I follow the Inbox Zero principle: my email inbox should always be empty. Every unarchived email represents an open task. Sometimes I read a message or dismiss a notification but forget to reply. This automation reminds me to respond to any unarchived emails so I can maintain Inbox Zero.
Prompt
Remind me every day at 8 PM if there are any unarchived emails in my inbox. Each unarchived email is an open task. Don’t send a reminder if the inbox is empty.
